Seattle, Washington Studio, 1905. The photograph is signed within in the image in the bottom right corner in black quill ink, and includes Curtis' copyright blindstamp and negative number (616 - 05) in the lower left corner. Framed in a period Arts & Crafts quarter-sawn or "tiger" oak frame.
